Nuovaderm 12-Month Device Warranty
Every Dr. Pen M8S microneedling pen purchased from Nuovaderm Beauty is covered by our 12-month warranty. Coverage starts on the date you place your order with us, and the warranty is provided and honored by Nuovaderm Beauty.
This warranty is separate from our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which stays exactly as described in our refund policy.
What's covered
Defects in components or manufacturing that appear during normal home use within 12 months of your purchase date.
What's not covered
- Cartridges and other single-use consumables. If a cartridge arrives damaged or defective, our refund policy for damaged, defective or incorrect orders applies.
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect procedures or maintenance, tampering, drops or other physical damage, or exposure to liquid.
- Faults caused by power surges or spikes, overcharging, or using a charger or adapter other than the one supplied.
- Faults or damage caused by cartridges that are not compatible with your device or were not supplied by Nuovaderm Beauty.
- Normal cosmetic wear.
How to make a warranty claim
- Email info@nuovadermbeauty.com with your order number, a short description of the problem, and a photo or short video showing it.
- We'll help you troubleshoot. If the problem is covered, we'll send you a prepaid return label.
- Once we receive and assess the device, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Proof of purchase from nuovaderm.com is required. This warranty does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
